French Retranscription - speach to text - long term business relation - no translatio

Hello, I'm looking for someone to transcribe recordings in French. Not for translation. Very often, I record summaries of meetings myself in French. I'm looking for someone to write them into text - to make meeting reports. I am looking for someone who could do this to me over the long term at the rate of 2-3 recordings of 5 min per week. This person must be very available because I am a lawyer and I need someone who can act within 24 hours when I send a recording. I seek to establish a long-term working relationship for myself and possibly for my collaborators. It requires a good spelling and to be very connected so that we can exchange regularly.
