Office search London

This is an exciting project to help us find new offices in London : We are looking for someone who can help us search for new office premises around the London Victoria area. This is a project which includes the following: - collecting our requirements - liaising with lettings agents in London - briefing of required specification - attending of 1st viewings - managing ongoing communications with agents - compilation of a shortlist to present to management Candidate requirements: - Good knowledge of the London office market - Successful completion of similar consulting projects - Needs to be able to physically attend viewings and meet lettings agents in London Victoria area.
