PPC Support Needed

Overview Capitalise.com connects businesses to institutional lenders for debt finance. We get most of our leads via PPC and our partners. We’re spending approximately £4,000 per month in PPC (currently just Adwords although we have run Bing, Facebook and LinkedIn campaigns too) with varying degrees of success. Sometimes the traffic is good and sometimes it is poor. Being seen by the right people is proven to be quite challenging and that’s because a business owner who searches for ‘SME Finance’ might not be eligible due to his business’s life stage, credit score or revenue. Brief’s purpose We seek an engagement with a freelancer (or agency) with business lending experience to review the current state of our AdWords account and provide a formal set of recommendations. We are looking for someone who will ideally continue assisting us after this report by implementing these changes and managing our account. In the future, we might also need help with Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn and Display ads so relevant experience will be beneficial. Objectives: 1. Increase number of leads 2. Maintain/ decrease CPL 3. Monthly cost of managing the account To give you a better understanding of our account at the moment, we have 22 campaigns, 37 ad groups, and about 800 keywords that triggered at least 1 impression during the past year.
