I need a Social Media Strategist/SEO Strategist

We have recently acquired a new client who works in the veterinary pharmaceutical field. As a result, we need a social media analyst who will be able to continually develop their social media strategy through scrutinising data. The job: The Social Media Analyst will analyze social media data (and sometimes other data sets) to gain relevant insights for data-driven advertising campaigns. We will manage the analyst so that they will share insights to inform content strategy, influence storytelling choices and optimize content. . You will: • Gather and analyze social data to influence content strategy • Support our client with real-time research and pre-sale reporting as it relates to media sales • Understand and analyze consumer behaviour You have: - Experience working with programs like NetBase, Crimson Hexagon, Radian6, Google Analytics, or other social data programme or have an understanding of natural language processing - Knowledge of/ experience within the veterinary pharmaceutical field - 2-3+ years of prior experience working with social media data and analytics and Google search engine - 2-3 years plus of digital marketing/online marketing - The ability to think editorially and analytically You are: • Focused on detail • A flexible thinker • A storyteller • A social media enthusiast Responsibilities: o Become and remain knowledgeable about leading social media products and community standards o Assist our client, and help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately and on time o Make well balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate for our community o Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and most importantly empathy o Display a strong bias to doing what’s right for our client in supporting leading social media objectives o Investigate and resolve issues that are reported on social media such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content o Gather, analyze and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience on the site To apply: • Please submit your resume together with a brief cover letter and include the following in the message box: - Why are you interested in working for a brand within the veterinary pharmaceutical field?
