General information for the app: customer feedback on any product Kind of development: New app from scratch Num. of web pages/modules: 20 Description of every page/module: Login page (social login, iphone number) Form submission (12-15 text fields, 2 photo uploads) My Account/feedback Generic static pages (FAQ, contact us, how it works etc) Description of requirements/features: We want all three forms: --iphone --andorid -- website Specific technologies required: iphone, android Extra notes: NO ADVANCE OR PARTIAL PAYMENT. ONLY AND ONLY when product is fully developed, tested and quality with zero defects. Preference is given individual/small company who can become part of this venture if mutually agreed. USA VISA will be sponsored as needed. MOST IMPORTANT: I want proposal from person/team which is going to actual work and STRONG REFERENCE of similar work in past. There would be daily call on progress/review. Well versed third party tools like source control on daily basis. Job has to be finished in shortest span, it could be week from the start. Has experience on deploying on AWS.
