HELP PHONEGAP-BUILD DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT

General information for the app: SEE BELOW FOR REQUIREMENT OVERVIEW Description of requirements/features: In about 2-3 weeks we will have completed a forms application prototpye running on the server. (PHP, JQUERY, HTML, SQL, CSS, JSON, AJAX). We wish to create a mobile version of the application. Specifically the HTML forms (with jquery validation and bootstrap plus custom css styling) will need to be populated by users and their data saved locally (sql lite?) in a non-internet environment. Then when the device is back in an internet environment the form data will need to be uploaded (synched) to the server based database so the server side forms can read the mobile generated data for editing. The forms are heavily image orientated with a typical user session collecting maybe 100 images - to be stored locally prior to sync. We wish to maintain and extend the application ourselves and therefore require a kickstart whereby the development environment (Phonegap) is created for us and a sample of the (many) forms we need to port to Phonegap is done for us so we have a developers template we can use going forward. We would therefore welcome interest from Phonegap developers familiar with forms, images, persistant storage and data synching. We are comfortable with providing any server side code needed to support the data transfers. Obviously the form code (HTML JQUERY CSS..) will also be available.
