Mobile Phone Measuring tape App development for Android and Iphone

General information for the app: Looking for someone who has developed a measuring tape app that can be private labeled for my real estate company Kind of development: New app from scratch Description of every page/module: The goal is for users to go to my site to download the free mobile app. They should be able to take pictures of different parts of their homes and use the pictures in home improvement stores to determine the length, height, or width of an area or object. This should be an easy to use app. Looking for someone who has already developed a similar app that can be tweaked to reflect my company Description of requirements/features: App can be similar other measuring apps on the market. Extra notes: US Currency will be used to scale items in each picture. Dollar bills will be placed against walls, furniture, windows, etc. The app will then recognize the size of the dollar bill (or item the same size as a dollar bill) and then be able to measure the size of the items in the picture.
