Architectural Drawings

Hello I have an urgent project we need to complete and one part of it are the architectural drawings which need to completed asap for planning submission. For project the extension is 6m x7.5m, only on 1 level as well. However from FF you will walk on the roof of the extension to reach the fire stairs in case of fire, therefore the roof needs to be structurally designed for it. (see layout attached). The extension will be located where the ship container is at the moment.(photos starting with IMG_). Below the drawings required: Here is the list; 1:20 Ground Floor plan 1:20 First Floor plan 1:20 Roof plan 1:20 2n. sections (showing foundations, roof and drainage to be check by structural engineer) 1:10 3n details of junction of new roof and Ground Floor and First Floor slab with the existing building 1:10 3n details of new roof, parapet and new external walls Would you be able to give me your: Posible Start date? Lead time? Total Cost including VAT? As well, are you registered with ARB and have your own PII Insurance? Many Thanks
