Design (PSD) and build an eCommerce website based on existing WP theme

General information for the website: ecommerce website for a mens fashion startup Kind of development: New website from scratch Description of every page/module: We are looking for a designer + developer who is able to Stage 1: design a PSD version of a website based on an existing Wordpress theme and features/modules the theme provides; Stage 2: build the website after the final design is signed off by our team. There will potentially be custom tweaks outside of those out-of-box features/modules from the theme, but we expect it to be minimal. This job would require the designer/developer understands PHP well, also knows Wordpress CMS inside out so that he/she's able to create the design work that's actually implementable using the existing theme's features and modules.
