Custom PHP website

We recently split from member of our group and need someone to work with the new team Site will be a blog like www.sherdog.com combined with worldstarhiphop.com Video section will be main page Layout to be 90% similar to reference sites We require a custom video blog site. Site to be fully responsive and to have option to switch on and off, when off site to appear as a scaled down version on mobile and tablet devices The site will also require a contact page, a second video page with different layout, disclaimer page pre item, audio download/streaming section, featured video strip, second selected video strip, blog, release/events page and integrated facebook group page. All pages with individual slider The site will require several other features such as advertising boxes and spacing for banners. We want everything as easy to operate as possible backend, Widget area's clearly marked etc Slider must be easy to operate as people running site will be not be experienced. Designer will be responsible for fully testing the site to make sure its in working order Fast loading times are essential as is having a site that is fully secure security wise with tests ad checks provided by Dev . Extra notes: You will need to be 100% fluent in english. You should also be available between 10am and 5pm gmt 7 days a week this is important as we work mostly on the weekends Site should be future/update proof and secure Looking for a video/audio vlog site similar to worldstarhiphop.com, with a blog section similar to sherdog.com second section & third section similar to video page, forum, contact us and social media page with integrated facebook group page Also require member sign in to view certain sections. Other features include things like autoplay, auto generated thumbs, disclaimer page, banners, slider etc. Site should have a default colour scheme but should also have 3 other simple pre-set colour schemes or simple control to change colour scheme for site, varied selection of navigation bar/header positions that can be changed. Preference would be not to use wordpress
