I need a proffesional Website design

General information for the website: We are a software consultancy and cyber security consultancy and need a website creating. We are a start up so will be pretty basic for now but we would want somthing we could add to easily in the future. Within the website we would need probably 10 different pages of text, a portal where clients and consultants can view our documentation (contracts) , a news feed banner and the ability for consultants to upload their CV's to us an receive them in an email maybe?
