Website design with back end database

General information for the website: Electrical Contracting Agent Description of requirements/features: This website should attract and convert potential electrical contractors to sign up to the website. There will the ability to have a video message, a text telling them what the business is about and a sign up button to take them to a form to fill out. I want to create a database of contractors, that have enquired and left their business name/ name phone number and email address. Then once they have done that I want them to fill out a form that when I approve the form it puts them on the approved contractors list. From this list I want to be able to send out a job spec, which includes, photos notes, video. I want them to be able to accept or reject, and for me to get a notification and their response to be saved next to the appropriate job file. Back end I want to ability to have a list/database of contractors that I can create and add to as I find information on to have the business name, contact number, email, postal address. There will be a list/ database to capture contractors that have pushed a sign up button and enquired to join me. There will be a form for contractors to fill out to see if they meet my criteria There will be a database for when a contractor has met the criteria and they become approved, this database is where the job specs will be sent out from. Front end the user won’t have many options or places to go. Back end I want the databases spoke about and a place to store customer details...so another database. But I will be able to create a job to go with a customer, store quotes, job specs- which include notes, photos, and short video clips. Send this job to a contractor for them to accept or decline, once I get a list of contractors that accept the job I then want to assign one to the job itself. I want to track the job to be able to get updates from the contractor. Then I will be able to have a function to invoice a customer and track whether the job has been paid or not. The other side to the website will be a customer focussed website, this will have video clip capability to explain who we are. It will have text and pictures to explain who we are and what we do. There will somewhere for them to submit their details and job requirements which will save to a customer database. From here I can create a job which everything for that job will be saved to, eg the job specification, quotes invoicing, which can then be sent to the contractor...so it links together.
