Convert PSDs to Laravel Blade Templates, and one to email format

General information for the website: Converting of three PSDs to HTML5/CSS3 (including Photoslider and picture pop up) Num. of web pages/modules: 4 Description of every page/module: The three PSDs comprise a main home page for a new website, general information page and newsletter page, of which the latter is the largest, all of which need converting to HTML5/CSS style as Laravel 5 Blade Templates. Also a further PSD (fairly simple in design and content) requires converting using inline CSS for use as an HTML email. Description of requirements/features: No PHP/Laravel coding required, just pure HTML5/CSS and Laravel Blade. The templates should be split into a common header / common footer, with the different layouts within the newsletter page split into their own template which is pulled in to the main page. HTML email template should be coded to be compatible with as many different email programmes/websites as possible, but specifically Outlook, Apple Mail, iOS Mail, Gmail, Hotmail, AOL Mail. We are available to answer queries most of the time, and are looking for a quick turnaround if possible, ideally less than a week.
