Simple HTML/JS Game

General information for the website: I need a simple game/quiz developed Kind of development: New website from scratch Description of requirements/features: Game/Quiz: PHP/MySQL Javascript Responsive to mobile devices and desktop Artwork and Sprites images will be provided Extra notes: Looking for a dev to code a simple game which works as follows: - Simple movements for 1-3 characters via sprites (please suggest a library if you've worked with one) - User interacts by answering approx 25 multiple choice questions, where the outcome can be correct or incorrect. And for example, if incorrect, a follow up advisory notice follows. - Multi choice answers are shown in character speech bubbles. - Cross browser and mobile device compatible - No 'gameplay' required - i.e. characters don't need to be 'movable' or take actions Work would need to start within next few days preferably.
