Redesign our existing platform

General information for the website: We are a financial services company Kind of development: Customization of existing website Num. of web pages/modules: 4 Description of every page/module: The main dashboard page for the first user "follower" should include overall graphs of account growth and equity growth. Including blocks of average profit per trade, average monthly growth percentage, number of trades, number of active users, and number of traders the user is connected to. The main dashboard for the second user "trader" should include overall graphs of account growth and equity growth of personal trading performance. Including blocks of average profit per trade, average monthly growth percentage, number of trades, number of active users, number of followers connected to that traders account, the total number of trades that trader has placed, the current profit from all accounts following that trader for the day, week, month, and year. The admin dashboard will be similar but will include overall figures for the entire platform. Description of requirements/features: I want additional charts to be embedded on other websites. Our platform is custom built, but fully-functional. In order to continue receiving updates from the original developer we cannot modify the existing functionality. Instead, I propose we create a "new theme" that can be switched back and forth at any time. I want this theme to look similar to this ---> http://maxartkiller.in/website/Adminux/pages/index.html The execution scripts are already in place, I simply want to pull existing information from the database and create new charts, graphs, and numerical figures, including the total of combined numerical figures, averages of numerical figures and more. Again, all the information is already present, figures are always changing so I want these charts and graphs to use real figures from the database. ex; if the database holds the numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, & 6, I want a block that displays the average number which is 3.5. That's just an example. This is an already existing custom-platform. No altering of the original scripts by any means. In this platform there is a "theme settings page" I would like to have a place on this page to switch back and forth between the original design and the new design at any time. This platform has an admin dashboard, and contains two types of end-users, so these will need to be different. i.e., the end-user cannot have access to admin information and figures and the end-user 1 should not see the same info as end-user 2. I want to build a solid base for this new design, but want to work with someone we can build a business relationship with for future projects. This will be easier to work with the same developers. Future project could include the development of a mobile App. Although the original script cannot be modified, new scripts can be created as long as they do not modify the original script or the database. For experienced developers this project should be easy enough. Like I said, I want to get this one knocked out so that we can begin a real project that will lead to our mobile App. Deadline is a month, but of course, the sooner it can be done the better. I was hoping for a week or two.
