I need a react web app and react native app created to book up to my Loopback JS API

Please read the description as I will be looking at the proposals in detail for the best match I am looking for someone to a boilerplate react app and react native app. I already have created the API using loopback JS and need the a mobile and web app created to hook up to this api. The api at the moment is simple providing authentication with user roles, registration, password reset, an address api which is is linked to the user and a settings api. So I will need the user to be able log in, register, reset password, update details, add addresses using the addresses api, update settings using the preferences api. I am not looking for any sort of styling to be created with both apps, I just need the functionality to be created. My budget at the moment is £200 and can not go above that for now.
