I need a professional jewelry editor for my team

I'm searching for a professional retoucher for my team. This would serve as a long-term relationship as we have a never-ending supply of photographs needed to be retouched. This person needs to understand different tools and techniques in photoshop to create different looks. The most important thing will be communication as you should understand what I need and what I'm looking for. You will also be required to respond ASAP as sometimes we deal with limited time for our projects. We will be guiding you and helping you understand how you should edit, but it is up to you to learn and show us the progress. This involves heavy communication and your ability to learn and adapt. But it starts with you first, your questions and understanding helps you deliver better. We are looking to pay $1 each photo retouched, but we can negotiate. The important thing we're looking for is that the you can get the job done correctly. We're looking for a partner for our team not just a contractor. You take care of our projects and we'll take care of you. The type of jewelry we will be providing is A-Z. The hardest part is understanding jewelry over-time and applying certain techniques to achieve the look we need. Our Style: This mentions our ITJ style, but is subject to change when requested.
