Animation specialists to animate artwork / video (After FX)

Hi There, I require an professional animation specialist who is quick and efficient. (Commercial Portfolio a bonus) The majority of work will be to transform a still creative theme such as a graphic / artwork / typography / image provided as an organised layered PSD / Illustrator file and bring it to life with animation. We are a design agency so ideally the applicant has an eye for detail and top quality visuals. (No design required, all assets shall be provided as a 'ready to import into AE' format). We have a project in mind as we speak but we are looking for someone we can continue to work with ideally. All projects for this job will comprise of the same dynamics. 1. Full Brief provided. (Personal meetings sometimes required - Skype conference calls at the least). *Must have excellent command of English, both written and spoken. 2. PSD / AI file provided. (Potentially audio, but not often). 3.
