Short Film Edit Tweaks, MUST HAVE COLOUR FINESSE plugin for AE

I have an image sequence (a TIFF sequence) of a short film to a drive . I have been told I can then add this image sequence to After Effects or FCPX or whatever you use, combine it with the finished sound design file (is also on the drive) What I would like to do is open this file make some changes to the cuts (I know what I want) and then export it. Also. The last person I had look at this was unable to complete it as they said; The only way to edit this in the form it is in is to reassemble the After Effects project in a version of After Effects that has the Color Finesse plugin and the missing files and then export it as a full-resolution and bitrate clip to edit in an NLE. This is a tight turn around. I need this finished in a week. I need someone London based and I would prefer someone who can balance the sound and do the final export. Thanks, Laura
