Customer service & bookings coordinator

We are a beauty provider app and looking for someone who can help with our customer service during evenings and weekends (can be from home). Ideally starting this weekend already. Please see tasks below: Be the main point of contact for clients and beauticians, via email, text and phone. Check our systems to ensure all client queries are answered at all times Ensure beauticians can do the bookings by checking everything has been confirmed. Fulfill bookings, i.e. finding beauticians and confirming offline bookings Updating the masterfile and a few other admin tasks. We're looking for someone with strong attention to detail, passion / knowledge of beauty and can deal with many bookings at the same time.
