Should have experience in Automotive product design and development. 2. Should be able to understand the RFQs from OEMs and provide the budgetary estimates and Technical solution leading to a proposal 3. Shall be conversant with Software, Hardware, Thermal Analysis and Product life cycle 4. Should be able to identify the risks and make mitigation plans 5. Proven experience in tool identification and Bill of Material making 6. People management skills and Project Management skills with knowledge on MS-Project 7. Customer Interfacing skills(European) 8.
