I NEED A Business Development Manager/Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager, your core responsibilities should include researching and analysing trends in the market, familiarize yourself with it and help the organization achieve Sales & Marketing targets. Duties of the job include: • researching organizations to find new customers and identify who makes the decisions • ‘cold calling’ to arrange meetings at customers’ premises • finding out what an organization needs and working with a team to plan proposals and pricing • researching and analyzing market trends • identifying target markets and how to reach them • creating marketing and social media strategies • planning campaigns and managing budgets • meeting clients and attending events like trade shows • monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns
