Accountancy Assistance

I am looking to find a new accountant, to help me with an hour or two's advice per year, and to prepare and file a CT600 return. I may also need payroll to be run, just for my own salary (I have no employees). I don't need a huge amount of other help as I do my own book keeping in Xero and have been running my own business for several years. 1)Right now, I am in the middle of a re-mortgage application and urgently need an accountant to sign my projections for the tax year to 2017. My bookkeeping for this period is done (bar a small amount of tidying up) and I would be happy to grant access to my Xero account, or send exported reports to justify the projections. 2)After I have had a chance to do a tiny bit more clearing up in Xero, I would like to have an hour or so as a phone consultation. 3) Finally, I will need the CT600 to be done. Do you think you would be able to help me with this, and if so, could you please let me know a price for the 3 items above. The first item is very urgent, so please would you quote for this first.
