Strategic and performance planning framework

General information for the business: i'm undertaking an programme directors role for a UK based housing company and as part of this we are trying to develop a strategic business planning framework and a performance management framework. ideally these will be complemented by diagrams and images that articulate how these processes are interconnected within business. It needs to describe how the process goes from strategy through to operational delivery and how performance is mananged. Target audience: Executive level and board Chapters needed: can be standardised in line with best practice Information to be included in each chapter: TBD Extra notes: This can be adapted from pre-existing material but aim is to ensure this is of a standard that would be delivered by top consulting houses or top performing businesses. Aim to bring greater rigour and assurance to the business with greater structure and process to ensure planning and performance are structured and measured.
