Writing a book

Topic: Muslim Marriage and Children Guidance in the UK Tone: Formal/Professional Extensive research needed: yes Extra notes: Hello, II have used PPH before for a number of years but misplaced my log in details. I have had to set up a new account. I'm in the process getting together some information relating to Muslim marriage and children issues in London. I'm looking for someone who will be able to turn my notes into a book (about 20 to 30 pages) which the public will benefit from. I prefer the writer to have some knowledge about Children and Marriage Laws in the UK along with some experience with social services, whether directly or indirectly. I would also want to speak to the writer on the phone and make sure we get along etc. Will also give more information on the phone. Thank you.
