Web interface for ipad and laptops

General information for the business: its a small noteries company and we sign off peoples passports and help them prove who they are if buying houses abroud etc Kind of development: New program from scratch Description of every module: i need the web page to be able to have a form for a user to fill out and on compleation a invoice be sent to there email also the interface must allow image to be taken and saved on to a profile every form filled in will need to be saved with a title which will be a name of a customer and we want every picture we take while in that form to be saved to that profile of that user. so we will have the form and pictures of documentation user details pulled out of form and payment method at end of process to be taken by card or cash option and send invoice at end of process also. would be good if this could link to our business account so we can see when payments land or get a notification saying payment received a bit like quick books. Description of requirements/functionality: this just needs to be web and ipad friendly will mainly be used on ipad but needs to be viewable on PC to find users profiles CMS and Admin requirements: admin panel would be good to have OS requirements: Windows, Mac OS, Other Extra notes:
