Excel specialist application function

General information for the business: Excel function Kind of development: New program from scratch Description of every module: Hello, I want you to write a function that will calculate it for me in future/create automation: I would like to create an excel table that will include all universities in Germany, their details and addresses -provided. i would then add to this table other addresses in germany of student accommodation properties. i update this list and add properties every day. i would like the function to calculate time travel with public transport, and by bicycle and distance by foot: 1 from the city centre to property. 2 from the property to the city centre. Function should locate the closest university (see example attached in excel) and the city centre, and thereafter measure time travel. I should be able to copy the function to my excel. And I should be able increase/add to the list of objects and universities in the future.
