I need SEO help

I need to improve the ranking of my website (anvileight.com) in Google. I have maybe 10 keywords that I am really interested in. Few of them are very core: - python development company - django development company - python hourly rates - django hourly rates and such. I can perform on-site changes myself however, I am looking for advising and a structured plan of what needs to be performed as well as doing offsite optimisation. Please, let me know what kinds of timeline and costs are associated with this.
