Digital Market Strategy & Setup

Need someone who can sit down with me in London and: 1) Ensure our pixels are setup correctly for Adwords, Outbrain and Taboola 2) Come up with digital marketing strategy combining Outbrain, Taboola and Google (shopping, search) 3) Setup the campaigns in Facebook, Outbrain, Taboola and Google - targeting, retargeting etc We currently have Outbrain, Taboola and Google setup but I want to ensure the Pixels working correctly with our website which is Shopify. Then to setup campaigns which I will be managing. I have setup campaigns already but want someone experienced in e-commerce and digital marketing to oversee this. Would be days works to start in our office then potential freelance/part-time Must be able to meet in London
