I need a mobile application designing and developing

General information for the app: app for letting of certain items Kind of development: New app from scratch Description of requirements/features: I require an application to be built which can be used on android and iphone (Google Play and Apple stores). The application will be a person to person letting app similar in a sense to apps such as Turo where the user is able to rent from any owner of the desired vehicle. (It will be different item which will be let) The app will require the ability to hold deposits in to a central business account which will be returned once the person who has loaned the item returns it to the owner without damage. It will require a sign up to the app on initial download and accounts can be created via email or linked to facebook. Bank details will be required to be input once the user has found the item they wish to rent and then the payment amount will pass through a central account which will then deduct a percentage and retain this and then the remainder of the payment will be deposited in the account of the person listing the item. Interface may be similar to app like shpock replacing sales with rental items. Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) will need to be signed and honoured. Extra notes:
