Children's Book Illustration

Design details: I have four short stories I would like illustrated, but for right now I am just focusing on having one illustrated. The story is about clouds (many white clouds, and a dark cloud) and it also features the sun in a few of the illustrations as well as a seagull. The basic synopsis is that a group of happy clouds (and sun) are all up in the sky having a good time, occasionally visited by a seagull who tries to get their attention about what is happening down below. Then comes a little dark cloud and the regular group of clouds are not too fond at all of this new cloud. Therefore, the illustrations should be pretty minimalistic as the background is only of the sky and does not require too much detail. The characters are simple clouds, a sun and a seagull. I would like the faces of the clouds, sun and seagull to be animated, with bigger eyes and cute expressions. The colours would need to be very rich and pop, no water colours or light sketches. I would like the clouds, sun and seagulls to have very animated faces and expressions, but nothing too overly realistic or detailed. It has to look like a cute cartoon. I am assuming there will be about 15 illustrations, but I may be able to leave that up to your discretion and my final decision after having read the story, reaching an agreement and have a price point established.
