Digital illustration

Information for the business: Urban Music industry Industry: Entertainment Design details: My client is a major artist (DJ/Producer) within the Drum & Bass music industry. He is looking to commission an illustration for a forthcoming record release. After a short conversation with my client, It was clear that he wanted a illustration 1930's gangster themed, or a Men in Black themed of him and his production partner. I have asked the client to supply photo's of both himself and his partner as so likeness can be achieved. I'm unsure of background, but something epic and fitting to the genre would be in call for. Target audience: Urban Music industry, Ideas for the visual style: 1930's gangster themed, or a Men in Black themed Preferred colors: none Where the design will be used: Web, mostly online record shops and clients website Extra notes: I would start to research the themes that the client is looking for. Samples of work would also be an advantage for me to show the client. I have no vested interest, I'm simply trying to source an Illustrator for my client. There is a budget of £300, but this may be negotiable before work commences. Please bare with me as I'm away from desk most of the day, I will reply to you.
