Google Docs Expert - Making Images Fit For Templates etc

Design details: We already have letter heads designed. We use google drive/docs as our file repository and word processing etc. We struggle sometimes translating our designed letter heads into templates on google docs. The images dont stay lined up so that we have our correct letter head online. This might be a problem with g-docs, im not sure. We'd like to find someone with VAST experience in working with g-docs and has set up letter heads before. There will be ongoing work as we have various google drive/docs tasks that we need support on. This will be an hourly paid role for now.
