General information for the business: Video Retailer Company Kind of development: New program from scratch Description of requirements/functionality: Looking for an experienced C++ with Qt Framework developer for a 6-12 month project. Design and implement new Application for our customers. Must be experienced with C++, Qt Framework (Version 5+), CouchDB database, and Python and Bash scripting. Please note we are creating a Rich Video Application, not a website/blog/etc. Specific technologies required: C++, Qt Framework, Python, CouchDB OS requirements: Linux Extra notes: - Linux Administrator - 2+ years of developing C++ based software using the Qt 5+ Framework for Linux - Experience developing software for the Linux platform (very important) - CouchDB database experience - Python and Bash scripting - DevOps experience - Experience with serial and USB based communication on the Linux platform - Network security background a big plus
