We need basic customisation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Enterprise

The only system we will not change is Xero for accounting but the others we are looking to migrate into one system which is Dynamics Online 365 Enterprise CRM for client comms and pipeline forecasting from sales and delivery Project service for planning and managing projects as well as profitability and resourcing Resource scheduling based on people High-level requirments: A skills matrix for all delivery resources including: Name Grade Rate (flexible) Cost (flexible and restricted view) Tech skills Consultancy skills Domain skills Location A planning/portfolio view of all clients to include: Client name Project name Allocated resource Allocated time for resource Allocated time spent for resource Allocated time left for resource Project value Project spend to date Project spend left Resource value Resource spend to date Resource spend left Colour codes to differentiate between: Manages Services (MS) Pipeline - shades of green Consultancy (Con) Pipeline - shades of green Atlassian (Atl) Pipeline - shades of green MS SOW signed - shades of red Con SOW signed - shades of red Atl SOW signed - shades of red MS SOW renewal - shades of blue Con SOW renewal - shades of blue Atl SOW renewal - shades of blue Resources on bench Drag and drop Daily view, weekly view, monthly view, 3 month view, 6 month view and yearly view (financial year or Jan - Dec?) Reporting at portfolio, project and resource level. These could be dashboards or wiki page or planning views... Utilisation Predicted underspend vs overspend SOW end dates Gross profitability of portfolio Gross profitability of project Gross profitability of resource Gross profitability of service eg. MS, Con or Atl Bench cost Logging time: Ability to log holiday, sickness and other types of leave against the project or bench time Ability to log timesheets. Prefer days but happy with 4hrs and 8hrs options. Ability to share timesheets with clients for signing off Ability to feed timesheets that include days/hours worked with rates to Xero Alerts on most of the above Xero should be synced with Dynamics used to provide more powerful insight and cashflow planning: A feed coming from the Dynamics resource plan to Xero To sync rates To sync timesheets To sync forecast Expenses in Dynamics? Reporting on current billing and predicted billing on a weekly basis Detailed gross and net profit reporting on the same areas listed in the planning piece above Off the shelf reporting eg. click for report Traffic light system and alerts on large spends, cashflow issues, non profitable staff or project I would also like to migrate our CRM data from Hubspot Extra notes: We are a small consultancy with limited budget so whilst this list may be long I am happy to negotiate to get a fast and reasonably priced solution. I would like to see examples of where you have delivered something similar for other clients or if you have templates already to go that will help guide us if the above is unrealistic.
