HELP WITH PLANNING APPLICATION (YORKSHIRE)
My family own some land in the local village. Its a decent sized plot and I am looking at getting outline planning permission for the erection of houses on the same. My dad has applied previously, however, the last such time was back in 1997 when the Council said no because the land was not infill. I have plans etc to send over to anyone willing to take this on. I suspect that things have not changed since the original application, however, I am willing to donate part of the land for public access - playpark/ duck pond etc to try and give the Council some incentive to allow it. It's in an attractive location in front of the local church - I think it would do the local village good.
