This job will entail the following: - Solve customer queries and make them happy! - Around 80 enquiries a month - Answer customer queries within 48-72 hours - All customer queries answered via Zendesk You must be based in the UK, with at least 2 years experience working in customer service and love putting a smile of people's faces (or emails)!
