Phone Assistant for every Saturday 10.30am - 2.30pm
We are looking for someone available on Saturday's to answer phone calls for our tour business. Phone lines would be diverted to you from 10.30am - 2.30pm on Saturdays. Sometimes there may not be any calls however looking for someone who can be available during those times. Main duties will be answering calls from people who are on a tour that day. Other enquiries can be deferred until Monday the following week. You'll have access to all people attending tours that day, plus the telephone numbers of the guides running the tour. You'll be able to liaise with the guide about people running late, unable to attend or unable to find the meeting point etc. Full training will be provided. Sometimes no calls may be received. If interested let is know what hourly rate please.
