Growth Hacker Required For Growing Site

We are looking for a talented individual that can look at our current site within the betting niche and create a strategy and plan for growth. The individual will need to look at our existing user acquisition techniques and then create a proposal and plan for improvements. Increasing acquisition and conversion rate for already established channels will be important here. Secondly the successful candidate will need to create detailed plans and proposals (including budgets) for new avenues for growth. We are looking for somebody that can think outside of the box and has experience in online customer acquisition. Once these plans are approved, the chosen candidate will be responsible for recruiting freelance individuals to implement these campaigns within the agreed budgets. You will be required to report on all of the above once the campaigns are live. You will also be required to amend and implement any changes to these campaigns as data becomes available so that we can scale. Ideally the chosen candidate will have experience in the following fields Online Lead Generation Online conversion funnels Automated email funnels PPC & Facebook Advertising Conversion rate optimisation A/B Split testing
