Website & phone application development

General information for the app: app to sell stuff such as cars and mobiles Description of requirements/features: Dear please read the following details for the application development I am going to develop an application to be selling stuff in the country such as cars, phones and etc. The application I want to do will be in Urdu language and English, however to keep the application able to be edited for having more languages. I want to have an access to the application using a control panel. The control panel should be in an admin access which is for me the owner and a supervisor access for the supervisor who will be doing a supervision on the application. Admin to have all the accessibility but the supervisor to have a limited accessibility to send warning messages and delete advertisements. The control panel to be using the website not the application. The application will be an android based and if so could be possible to send me quotations with the price of developing it on android and apple. I want to have the application to be used based on accounts either done by email verification or phone verification. If the phone verification method is costly then will keep it an email verification. The application should have the first page as a registration for user name and password either by email or phone as mentioned above. After that to have the home page displaying the categories such as cars, phones, furniture and etc. There should be a search button on the top of the page, and a favorite/ saved advertisements where the user could see the advertisements that they choose to make as their favorite or saved advertisement. Also, to have a button for advertisement where after selecting that to have categories of what the advertisement include. When putting the advertisement to have menu of the advertisement to include which languages, add images, category and filter , name, and price description, optional description. The user to have to the option to edit, delete or repost the advertisement. There should be two different advertising categories, one for the individual and one for the companies. I want to have the option of having the normal free advertisement and the option of having paid advertisement that would be on top of the page. I also want the feature to add sponsor advertisements such as the banners on the side of the pages. On the home page tab all of this should include different tabs for the above and also one for the contact of the company and tab for the language they want to use, either English or Urdu or both. Also to include another button where I could share the app via various social media apps. There should be a report button. The advertisement to have a duration of one week and then it automatically get removed. I could also want the feature of choosing the length that I could keep the advertisement in case I want to keep it. Another point is to have the advertisement automatically updated on the website if a user add an advertisements on the app and vice versa. I want to have a calculator of the views for the advertisement’s, the categories and app in general based on daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis. I want to also to have the full sources of application that I have the full rights that in the future any developing could be able to develop or access the app and website. I want to have a personal inquiry button where people could send the management a message regarding anything. Finally, I will want to have proposals for the prices to be done and the duration for developing the app. The developer will be also responsible for having the application to be submitted on the google play.
