We are a truckstop and looking to develop a booking system for a number parking spaces. The user would download the app and fill in their details. When they need to book, they would open app and select date and estimated time of arrival. The system would then notify us automatically on a back office webpage. There would be a limit to the number of bookings and we would also need to close booking off per date. If all spaces are used the user would be politely notified there are no available spaces. In addition there would be an option to book for extra wide or long loads. There would be no limit but we would need to confirm booking by checking and confirming via the back office webpage. Our HQ if in Warrington and would like to work with somebody local.
