I need applications for Iphone/Anroids

General information for the app: This application is educational and it will serve both Adults and Children Description of every page/module: The design of the application is very important to me. 1) So after entering the application, the first screen should present users with a list of books they can read. There must be a tab at the top of the booklist which says ‘buy books.’ 2) After they click on a book they must be presented with a content page, which allows them to directly navigate to their chosen page, rather than scrolling through hundreds of pages. 3) [This is a very important detail] After they have gone to their chosen page, they must be able to view the full page on the screen without having to scroll up or down to the top or bottom of the page. All four corners of the page must be on the screen at the same time. They should not have to zoom in or out, but the standard default must be that the full page fits their screen. 4) Users must be able to proceed to the next page by swiping their screen, and likewise go to the previous page by swiping the screen, without having to go back to the contents page. [SEE MORE DETAILS IN EXTRA NOTE] Description of requirements/features: I must be able to upload books onto this application, on both PDF and Word format. I must be able to upload videos on this application which should be accessible to users without connecting to the internet. I must be able to attach as many URL links as I need (most importantly Youtube links) to each page of the books. Extra notes: 5) Each page of each book must have 3 icons. 5A. By clicking on one icon they must be able to hear audio playback without being moved from the page. I must be able to upload these audio files in Acc and MP3 formats. If you can add more formats that would be great, but the aforementioned two are a must. 5B. By clicking on the second icon they must be able to view videos, (preferably without connecting to the internet, but if that is not possible than with connecting to the internet). In order to view the video, they must be moved away from the book page, and view on separate screen on landscape or portrait view as they wish. 5C. By clicking on the third icon they must have access to a list of URLs. Each URL must be identified by a title, which I must be able to edit at any given time. By clicking on the URL they must be able to go online and view the video or read the webpage. 6) The books must not be readable until they have bought the book. So when they open the app, and then select a page, they should not be able to see the text, rather the page should read ‘buy the book to view the text’. They should only have access to use the audio and the video and the links. The text should only be readable when they have purchased the individual book, as there will be a number of books on the application. 7) When they click on the buy books tab, they should be presented with a URL to my website. They will sign up there with their email account and password and mobile phone number. Phone number must be verified by text. Next on the website, they will then find a list of the books, and then they will click on the one they want to buy. On the next screen they will pay for the book. They will now be able to read the book in the application. They will not be able to read it on the website. This must be made clear to them before they buy, that they will only be able to read the book they by and not the other ones, and they will read them in the application and not on the website. They must also know they can not download from the application. 8) I also need to be able to put adverts on the application. These should be pictures on the which can be cancelled by simple pressing a little x on the top right hand corner. There should also be a short video advert option which users can cancel by pressing a simple x at the top right hand corner. However I must be able to have the option to put adverts that are not cancellable until the entire short video has finished playing. I need to have another tab under the book list which say advertise here, through which people can email me their adverts, and pay if I choose to put them up. Once a single purchase has been made all adverts must be automatically disabled for that user. 9) I must have a back door entrance to the application through which only I can add and remove content and leave generic messages. 10) I must have a back door entrance through which only I can see logistical details, such as how many people downloaded the application, and made purchase, so forth.
