Construction Project Cost Estimation and Q.S. in Navisworks
I am looking for a qualified Q.S. to assist in the cost estimation of various construction projects. You will need to be familiar with and work in Revit and Navisworks Manage 2018. If you can assist in setting up standard cost estimating capabilities in Revit this is an added bonus and could pay extra. For each project I will provide you with the following: A Revit model with sheets. A template example of how the final cost estimation document should be set out (I am open to your input on this). Full support in project specifications, programming and phasing. Full support on providing material rates and costs specific to our norms, standards and supplier partnerships. Required norms and standards. The schedule pressure is significant and these estimates require a fast turnaround. I am looking for serious professionals only. I require a B.O.Q. and a completed project cost estimation through 5D estimation in Navisworks for each Revit model. There are at least 10 separate projects and this budget is for each individual project. The projects are not very large and all use very similar layouts and requirements. If you are a good Q.S. this will be quick and easy money for you.
