With contracts being signed online there can be a lot of confusion about what a contract actually means and says. With no one there to answer their questions, clients can become confused easily. I would like to create an animated video that uses animated pages of our contract, highlighting or bolding that portion as we talk about it in the voice over. With animated transitions of the pages being flipped and then every 1:30 - 2:00 minutes animations of the examples we end up using in order to make the video less boring. An example might be a transition from a page of the contract that mentions repairs to a property. The page would be on screen and then transition from the contract to a cartoon of a person looking at the ceiling in their home and drip falling into a bucket. With the sound of rain in the back ground and maybe a rolling thunder the scripted voice over would instruct the tenant to put a bucket under the leak and get on their computer or mobile device to enter a repair request using their tenant portal. The sound of rain would fade out as the next page comes into focus and the explanation of the pages resume. The goal of each video would be to stay under 8 minutes and have 4 or 5 of the animated cartoon examples. The tenant video will likely have some of the same animation as the landlord video because we will be explaining to the landlord exactly how we communicate our expectations and processes to the tenants. So in the same fashion when the transition from the page happens, the voice would say " We instruct your tenant to provide a written notice of any repairs needed at you property." The exact same animation of the leak in the roof would then play as we continue to explain the process.
