Since there are about 15 different work visas in the states, based on education, the client's background, we do, as a lawyers, an assessment and verification of his ability to obtain one or another visa. This is a service. The client fills out the questionnaire - we check it in bases, based on the information we give him a report. This is step number 1 for which he pays. Without it, he will not progress further towards obtaining the visa itself.
