Please see attached plans for a detached quad garage and outbuilding. As the quad garage is quite large and does not have any internal walls, some elements will be required to provide stability to the building e.g. frame. Please ignore the detached outbuilding. The roof is proposed to be a manufactured trussed roof. Please provide the following: Supporting calculations A detailed sketch to explain the solution The Structural engineer should have adequate PI cover (provide evidence) In the quote explain what you are proposing as a solution along with a fixed cost.
