Interactive Forms in Indesign

Industry: Business Design details: We need to create a large number of forms that can be completed in Acrobat. They need to have form fields/check boxes/radio buttons/signatures. Forms vary from 1 page to 24 pages. Either rebranded from existing forms, or taking new copy from Word and creating forms that follow our existing templates. Ideas for the visual style: Corporate Extra notes: You must have strong experience in creating forms from Acrobat and understand exactly how fillable text boxes etc. work. Some minor coding of forms required at final stage that we can provide code for. Meticulous attention to detail is required.
