Home page redesign

Industry: Education Kind of design: Theme/template Num. of web pages: 1 Description of every page: I am looking for a Drupal UI/UX designer to redesign the home page of my website to incorporate some new elements of the business. The site uses Drupal Porto Theme and I want the new home page to be redesigned still using this theme to fit in with the rest of the site. Basically we will be launching a new scheme at the end of July and the homepage needs to reflect this as well as giving some greater profile to Degree Apprenticeships, which are already on the site but not on the home page. I have attached two documents, one of which is just a layout guide (suggested) and the other is purely a more visual version of the same thing as to how I see it might look but with much better design of course! I envisage the "Resources" section providing links to key informational resources on our website, such as the video, infographic, student loan calculator, guide to scholarships etc The Featured articles are quite important as I do make money from these, but the Scholarships, Degree Apprenticeships and the new section should take priority over them. Whilst I have tried to provide a clear idea of what I am thinking, I am open to other suggestions as my design skills are nil and I am looking for advice from you as a professional. This job needs to be completed by July 7th at the latest, ideally earlier.
