Budget Planner Printable creation

Information for the business: I offer E-courses to students about personal finance Design details: I'm looking for someone to create a monthly budget planner printable. I would like certain categories to be included as follows: Savings Goal: By When: Needs ___ (%): - Rent - Bills - Council Tax - Food - Toiletries - Transportation - Car & Insurance - Phone - Internet - Credit card/debt - Other: Wants ___ (%): - Eating out - Movies - Clothing - Cigarettes/alcohol - Subscriptions Savings___ (%): - Emergency Fund - Investments Income: - Expenses: = monthly allowance: As you can see the categories should have a space afterwards to write a percentage amount in (by whoever uses the printable). I would like it to be creative, modern, and minimalist. Above all I would like it to be functional. I have included a design as references to get a better idea of the style I'm looking for. In terms of colour, I would like light and dark green tones to be used in combination with white. It would be preferable to fit it onto one page, but if that is not possible then formatting it to fit 2 pages is also fine. Many thanks in advance. Target audience: Students 18-25 Content on the front/back side and body: Spreadsheet style document with spaces to write in Ideas for the visual style: Minimalist and Modern Things to avoid: Excessive colours (try to stick to max. 3 colours), highly contrasting colours Preferred colors: Light and dark green tones, in combination with white Extra notes: I would like the file to be delivered as a pdf. Additionally I would like the original editable file (e.g. word.doc or .ai file if done on Adobe illustrator).
