4-Page A4 Brochure Design for a Real Estate Business

Information for the business: Real Estate Design details: Dear all, We are looking for a designer to put together a 4-page brochure for our real estate business. The content and logo etc is already existent, we just need someone to make it look impressive on paper and bring it into the right format for printing! Ideally we would like someone with real estate/business design experience (as opposed to purely creative media like film or music) – we need an output that looks very elegant yet highly respectable and professional. - Most images will be provided by us as they relate to our properties (although you might need to design background images, for example) - We have a corporate presentation template in which the content is currently housed, this can serve as inspiration for the brochure design - We would need turnarounds until we are completely satisfied PLEASE PROVIDE SAMPLES OF YOUR PRIOR (IDEALLY BUSINESS-RELATED) WORK PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR AVAILABILITIES AND TURNAROUND TIMES Target audience: Professional Number of pages needed: 4 Content on the front/back side and body: Logo, photos, text Ideas for the visual style: Professional yet interesting - we have a corporate design template that can serve as inspiration Preferred colors: Corporate colours (blue) Extra notes: I have uploaded the current content (this will however be reduced by us to make sure it fits the 4 pages well)
